Note: This device is a WIFI bridge with Bluetooth capabilities. In order to successfully connect your door lock, ensure that the smart gateway is connected to both your door lock and WIFI network within the same network. If the connection times out, simply power off the gateway and reconnect.

Please be aware that the G2 gateway is only compatible with smart door locks that utilize the TTLock app. If you wish to connect the G2 gateway with other smart home devices, kindly reach out to customer service for confirmation.
