It is important to note that when adding the gateway, both the smartphone and gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

✅【Easy to Setup】Setting up the G2 gateway is simple. Open the TTLock App, choose “Gateway” from the upper left corner, click on the “+” sign, select G2 (Wi-Fi), plug in the gateway, and proceed to the next step when the light flashes alternately in red and blue. Finally, choose the Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

✅【Voice Control】The G2 gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant (sold separately) for voice control of the smart locks. Multiple smart locks can be paired with the gateway. It is important to note that when pairing the gateway with Alexa, users must enter “+1” before their TTlock account.
