• Battery: Ensure it's fully charged. Replace and reinstall the battery if needed.
• Mechanical Parts: Look for foreign objects or damage, and inspect the lock cylinder and key.
• Environmental Factors: Check that the lock box hasn't been affected by extreme temperatures, humidity, or other factors.
• Network Connection: Confirm the lock box can connect to the gateway and mobile phone. Ensure the mobile phone's Wi-Fi is connected and shorten the distance between the gateway and lock box to within 10 meters.
