High Compatibility

The G2 gateway is compatible with smart locks controlled by the TTLock App. This ensures seamless integration and ease of use for all TTLock users.

Remotely Unlock/Lock

The G2 gateway allows remote control through the TTLock App, eliminating the need for physical proximity. Share, modify, or delete passcodes at any time and location. Real-time monitoring of the door status, battery life, and access records is also supported.

Range of Application

The G2 gateway operates on the 2.4GHz frequency. For optimal performance, keep the distance between the gateway and the smart lock within 16 feet (5 meters). Both your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi for proper addition.

Easy to Setup

Setting up the G2 gateway is straightforward: 1. Open the TTLock App and navigate to the "Gateway" section. 2. Choose "G2 (Wi-Fi)" and click "Next." 3. Plug the gateway in and wait for the light to flash alternately (red and blue). 4. Click "Next" when the light pattern changes. 5. Select the appropriate Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

Voice Control

The G2 gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice commands. It supports pairing with multiple smart locks. Important note: When pairing with Alexa, enter “+1” before your TTLock account.
