Make sure your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network, as the 5GHz networks are not supported. For the best signal, keep the gateway and lock within 32 feet (10 meters) and avoid any obstacles that may weaken the signal.

【Remotely Control】With the Foxgard WiFi Hub, remotely control your smart fingerprint door lock from anywhere, breaking the limitations of Bluetooth unlocking. Additionally, this WiFi Gateway allows you to add or delete fingerprints and check unlocking records, door status, and battery life in real-time through the Tuya Smart APP.
